Return window and condition
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
Underwear, swimwear, and face coverings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
How to start a return
Email hello@billiondollabulls.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You receive a return label and instructions the same or next business day.
Exchanges
Tell us the size you want and we reserve it while your return is in transit. If the size sells out, we refund instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may need another 1–3 days to post it.
Faulty items
Send a photo of the fault to hello@billiondollabulls.com. Manufacturing faults are replaced or refunded in full, return shipping included.
