Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Drop releases can take up to 3 business days during peak weeks.
Delivery estimates
Germany and Austria: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Rest of EU: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
International: 6–14 business days after dispatch, depending on customs.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned. You can also follow the fulfillment stages on our tracking page at any time.
Duties and taxes
EU orders include VAT. Orders outside the EU may be charged import duties by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient.
Delayed or lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email hello@billiondollabulls.com with your order number and we open a carrier claim and reship or refund.
